February 2010	Tooling Dynamics recognizes 5 “Champion” employees for completion of the Lean Certification Program.
January 2010	Lean Principle training completed for all employees of Tooling Dynamics.
November 2009	Tyco Electronics presents Tooling Dynamics with the Performance Award for 2009 from their CC&CE Group for achieving excellence in delivery in all 4 quarters.
April 2009	Tooling Dynamics purchases 3 L20 Citizen Swiss Screw Machines to better serve their customers in the electronic, medical, military, aerospace and solar industries.
September 2008	In order to comply with more lean standards and serve customers better, Tooling Dynamics upgraded its Flash 250 Vision System with laser capability and added 3 new OGP Optical Comparators. Two new Keyence Vision Systems were also purchased, to perform 100% inspections of critical dimensions right at the press.
May 2008	Tooling Dynamics began instituting the principles of Lean Manufacturing throughout the plant
December 2007	Tyco Electronics presents Tooling Dynamics with "Best in Class - Stamping" Award
